Dr. Pinaki Ghosh is MHRD IP Chair, WBNUJS and was formerly a senior advisor at KMPG, India. He has pursued his Ph. D from ISI Calcutta, further pursuing a 2nd Ph D. Mr. Ghosh is also a member of the CII National Committee on Technology and IPR and National Committee of Intellectual Property Owners and a core committee member of IP of CII, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM.

Dr. Manjula Rani Mellapalli is Currently an Associate Professor at School of Law, at Bennett University. She holds a Ph.D. from NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad. She is an Associate member of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has contributed richly to the industry as well as academia in various capacities.

Mr. Shourabh Banerjee is the Head of Business Management and Consulting for US-based IT Solutions Firm, Sosuda Tech. LLC. Mr. Banerjee has completed his thesis with the University of Sunderland (London), on ‘Value of Patent Licensing in Wireless Communication Industry’. He is experienced in Copyrights, Anti Competition and other faculties of IP Laws. 

Ms. Prity Khastgir is Director & Chief Research Strategic Officer at TCIS, India. International Speaker speaking on Strategic Aspects of amalgamating Information technology, Cyberlaw & business in Industry 4 Spectrum Era. Ms. Khastagir is an active speaker at tech global conferences & actively participate in ITU Regulatory Workshops & Initiatives on SDGs & CSIRTs. She is a seasoned R& D Strategist with expertise in the Internet of Things (IoT), AI, ML, Software, Hardware products, Fintech, Blockchain, and Bigdata. She also works with ITU, Geneva which is the telecommunication arm of United Nations as a technology strategist. She Facilitates digital skills and technology education through the United Nations (UN) training programs designed to address human and technical capacity challenges with special focus on generating Innovations in Industry 4.0. She is a qualified patent professional under the Ministry of Commerce and Alumni of BCAS.
